I have a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder with about 104,000 miles. Recently my oil pressure gauge has been pegged on high and I am getting a ticking noise when I first start it. It eventually quiets a bit but still has a slight tick. I am using 5w30 oil. Any help is greatly appreciated.
