It does not turn over at all. The lights come on so the battery seems charged. I tapped on the starter with a hammer and that didn't help. There is no sound when I try to start it. Although I believe I can here the fuell pump engage. Also had the starter tested. Still nothing happens when I turn the key. In the engine compartment it says something about a fuel pump shutoff switch and to look in owners manual for location. I don't have the manual but if that was the problem wouldn't it turn over and not just start? Not sure what to try next.
