CrazyI HAVE A 1996 BONNEVILLE PONTIAC FAN DO NOT BLOW ON HIGH SPEED IT"S A MANUAL KNOB TURN TO LEFT TO RIGHT. I REPLACED THE BLOWER RESISTOR SWITCH. STILL THERE'S NO HIGH SPEED. WHAT ELSE COULD BE WRONG 3800 ENGINE

when you switch your blower to high speed it doesn't use the resistors, but rather triggers a relay to make it so the higher amperage of high speed fan operation doesn't have to pass through the switch. I would check for power to the control side of the relay when switch is in the high position. If you have it, try grounding the ground terminal of the control side.If the fan comes on you need to fix the relay ground. If it doesn't work, replace the relay.

Check fuse #3 (30amp) in the Right hand Maxi fuse box on the firewall, above the blower motor, marked "A/C".
