I have changed the fuel filter but still did not help. CCA stands for Cold Cranking Amps, sometimes if the battery is older the CCA drops, or if you have replaced it recently it may be too small to crank the engine. A vehicle of that size3 probabl;y needs about 550-600 CCA or an N70 Battery. Do you have that?
