Hell I have a 1992 Eagle talon, 2 liter turbo, 120000 k. It has starting blowing blue smoke after it warms up and it idles for a while [stopped at a red light etc ]. It's fine until it warms up. It is going through oil but not a lot. I only use the car to go to work and would like to get another year or two out of it. It runs fine. Thanks Brian

im thinking its blow by from the turbo since its at warm idle.

pull your spark plugs to see if you can maybe isolate it to certain cylinders
do a compression test and post results.

someone will correct me if im wrong but heres some guides when your getting blue smoke

upon first start up- its the valve guides dripping onto the piston tops over night

during acceleration- its your pistion rings.

during deceleration- valve guides

Hello. If its the turbo, any idea how much it would be to fix, I don't want to spend a lot of money on it. Also can the turbo just be removed. Thanks

i cant say how much a turbo would be to fix/overhaul. it might just be a seal they can replace.

but you def cannot just remove the turbo. the engine was not set up as is to be naturally aspirated.
