Hello, I am in need of some assistance or guidance if you will haha. I have a 2006 Dodge charger SE 3.5L and i am having a terrible time with it. I do have a mechanical backround. However this issue i am having is stumping me and its getting rather frustrating. So recently i have replaced all six spark plugs and check the coils which are good. Also replaced the crankshaft position sensor, and the EGR valve i replaced. I also replaced the intake manifold gasket. This has all been in attempt to fix my current issue, which is the car idles alright, not perfect but when i go to drive, i get about 20 feet and my ETC light comes on on the dash and sometimes stays on solid and somtimes blinks and then when i go faster it will go away but then when i slow to a stop it comes back on and usually will throw me into limp mode everytime! I have tried everything i can think of to fix this and im at a loss. Its driving me nuts! HELP PLEASE!

I don't know where you are coming from with all these ignition components being changed when you have an issue with the electronic throttle. Your first step is to have the throttle codes read and that will likely require a professional level scan tool. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
