ENGINE STUTTERING

Engine opel 1.3,
I checked:
1. Fuel pressure
2. Fuel filter
3. Injector
4. Spark plug & wire
5. Maf sensor
If press accelerator pedal 20%, its rev normal,
But when press accelerator pedal full, it start to stuttering...

Is the check engine light on? If so what's the code?
When does it do it and under what conditions?
This isn't a make from the US So we can probably just help out with the basics

What does it mean that you "checked" those items? Exactly what did you do?

More explanation Ash. Better or worse if wet, dry, doesn't matter? Is it under load then? Already said not a US car basics fine for now. Codes if available try to avoid parts tossing each that doesn't work/fix it then is in question,
