EGR with or Without Inner Head Sign In

So I have a 2004 Chevy Cavalier (2.2L) with around 89K miles. I ran my engine without oil and now I need a new one. I am looking online and I stumbled across this site: link deleted.......not allowed I have 4 options for an engine depending on my VIN number. My 8th digit is an F so that give me two options that I can't decide between. What is the difference between getting an engine with EGR port inner head and EGR port without inner head? Which one do I need?

Thank you, and sorry for such a novice question.

I deleted your link because they are not allowed.

That's not really just a choice. You have to match up what you already have.
