Darn cooling fan!

1997 Honda Civic
DX Hatchback 5 speed
Engine 1.6
170000 miles
Ran great till this problem. I replaced the radiator fan switch. checked the fan motor with jumper wires it works fine checked all fuses and relays. Im stumped

You'll have to follow the wiring diagram using a test light to determine where the problem is.
Here is the diagram
