What is the relevance/purpose of an engines' compression 'lower limit'? The specs on My '91 3.0L Mitsubishi non-turbo list the 'Standard' compression at 185 & 'Limit' at 139. Had front bank checked: 160-160-155. Could this 25-30 p.s.i. difference indicate possible probs, such as tweeked valves due to erroneous timing belt installation? Of is compression acceptable? Thanks for ur input...
