Cylinder arrangement

I am putting wires on a '69 Mercedes Benz SEL300. Have firing order, found mark on distributor for #1 cylinder. I don't know if 1357 is left bank, like a Chevey small block, or a Ford #1's on the right. Fuel pressure for the pump so I can order the right hose so it don't pop. It's a 6.3 liter V8.
50,000 miles. Mileage is a guess.

?? Quick look showed only engine for a 1969 300 SEL was a 2.8 liter but who knows for sure? What engine is this and is it a Benzo engine?
