Cranks too many times before starting

I just had the spark plugs, rotor and rotor cap replaced, and the car was running ok before this, now 2 weeks later it sometimes takes several cranks before
it starts. Do you know what I need to check? I already checked for loose vaccum hose, pushed plug wires in, and battery cables. Could it be anything else?
Please help ASAP. Thank you!
