My mechanic told me my muffler is chocked and now my car stopped working and noticed the engine has no oil. Can a chocked muffler cause the engine oil to burn out in 24 hours?

I have no idea what a "chocked" muffler is so i doubt that but having no oil certainly can ruin an engine in short order.
