Hello again. Well here in PA we've had a couple of cold nights, and one thing i figured out about my car last year was that in the cold, when u first go to start the car the check engine light would come on & stay lit. After i let the car run for about 5 minutes i'd shut off the engine and restart it and the light would not come on. The car is a '94 acclaim Any ideas on whats causing this? & Is this somthing to be concerned about? The car operates normal both with the light on and off (fluid levels are good, car temp stays normal, no wierd noises) Thanks

Possibly an O2 senser that clears when warmed up. You could get a code read for this. If a local poke around car it might solve it to use some O2 sensor safe solvent and take it for a good long highway run. This happens to my own vehicles that just go a few low speed miles at a time for months on end and not on ones used for long distance driving, T
