Cavalier engine Swap

I have a 1995 chevy cavalier with a 2.2 engine and 205,000 miles. It has been a great car until recently and now the engine is toast. I know someone who knows someone with a 2.2 from a 1999 cavalier for $110. Is there any reason this would not be an easy swap or have they made some changes in motor mounts etc that would make it more trouble than it's worth? I really like the car but can't see putting a lot of time and money into it. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

There may be many items that will swap - I don't have the software for what parts are identical or not. At a minimum you will need old sensors and several things from old engine. Salvage yards should know the compatability. Have both VIN numbers and perhaps DOM (date cars were made on door jam) at hand if you call. Block and head might be the same - just I dunno, T
