Car won't keep alive?

It's a 2008 350z. I have an obd ii scanner. It shows multiple codes pertaining to the powertrain. Codes: (P0603) (P2135) (P0462) (P0183) (P0345) (P0223) I have replaced the throttle body, battery and it still doesn't fix the issue . I'm thinking the ecu is damaged? Any help would be great thanks.

This is a Nissan thing helps. IDK - what came first, the chicken or the egg? What problem and codes did you have before you replaced the throttle body and battery and did you use memory saver?
If you just lose power it's going to confuse this thing. There should have been a choice to save memory, the correction would show it worked but think you've pithed it and now I'm not sure how you get out of that specific to each vehicle.
Same codes before and after? It might have somehow remembered and isn't ready for what changed that was wrong or you left something unplugged,
