OK i had bought a 1991 acura integra about 5 months ago. Before that it sat outside for about 6 months. When i finally got it the head was off with all the head bolts in the trunk. So a few months later we installed and it didnt run. Then i bought a motor for it. Its an automatic 1.8 L. So i installed that and it would run for a litttle then just quit. It really wouldnt idol at all like i had to keep the pedal to the floor just to idol.Some people said there might be oil in the exhaust so i took it off and thats where im at now. I thought it might be the fuel injection or the converter might be plugged and i dont know what else it could be so please let me know what u think.

Going from you description, i would say you have a fuel problem, check your fuel pressure.
