Okay so my battery went flat and i got it jump started, however I have learned the person who jump started it put the leads on the wrong way round the first time, there was loads of smoke and heat produced. They then put them on correctly and the car seemed to be fine for 1 day, then the following day the car was cranking kinda slowly, then by the day afterwards it was completely dead, i have had it jump started it again and now it is always struggling to start, a mechanic has checked battery, alternator and starter and said all seem fine? does it sound like a blown fuse or has the ECU been fried?

Sounds like a junk battery or starter to me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
