Car Wont Do Anything

Had a leak in car that came through the glove box on to the ecu, Car shut off one night with electric still working, got a jump no problem but battery was faint. Car shut off again got a jump but battery was worn, possibly crossed cables or fried ecu due to constant water leakage onto it. Need to know possible cost of repair or possible damage?
