Mercedes s500 2017 - I am reaching out to seek your expertise and advice regarding an issue with my car's engine.
Initially, the car developed a delayed start when the ignition button was pressed. The engine would start, but not immediately, indicating a delayed ignition. Upon connecting the car to a diagnostic computer, the report indicated faults in the exhaust side Bank 1 and Bank 2 camshaft position sensors. Despite this, the engine light did not turn on, and the car was driven daily without any issues apart from the delayed start.
Recently, the car has intermittently refused to start when the ignition button is pressed, despite the battery being fully charged. After multiple attempts, the engine eventually started, but it emitted strange and unhealthy noises before shutting off on its own.
Upon consulting another mechanic, it was suggested that there might be an issue with the exhaust side camshaft adjusters, potentially affecting the engine timing. I am concerned that this problem may have caused the valves or pistons to collide with the headers, possibly resulting in bending or damage.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the diagnostic report, photos, and videos I have provided to assess the situation. Based on your expertise, could you please advise on the necessary repairs and provide an estimate of the associated costs?

What are the exact code numbers being set now?
Have you been timely with all your oil changes?
