In the process of putting on exhaust manifold gaskets I sheared the head off one of the right side bolts, so I have about 1/2" sticking out. So far I've heated it red hot with a torch but it doesn't want to budge, at least not with a Vise-Grip. It appears the threads have a bit of an interference fit, i.e. the bolt threads don't seem to be cut full depth. Anyone have any ideas to get this bolt out? That loosened it enough to get it out with a Vise Grip. Thanks for reading.
