82,000 miles on the clock
51 plate duratech 2 litre Mondeo. When reved suddenly air escapes from the air filter pipe that goes into the engine. Any suggestions on what this could be? The car feels rougher to drive and I can feel a slight grinding vibration through the clutch pedal, accelerator pedal and slightly through the steering wheel.

Don't know this car at all - sorry but suspect a valve timing issue to check,
