While driving or idling? Check engine light on? You inspected vacuum hoses and possible vacuum leaks?

Cuts off both while driving & idling. No hose or vacuum leaks.

Does is start right back up after it stalls? Does it stall when the engine is cold, hot, or both?

yes it starts right back up; both hot/cold. Also, no check engine light.

That's going to be a difficult one because you have to have the problem occurring to be able to diagnose it. The only way to catch what is going on is to hook up test equipment to different systems on the vehicle and monitor those systems to see which ones fail when the problem shows up.
Does it only stall with your foot off the gas?
