What does it look like under the valve cover? Is it pretty sludged up? What is the oil pressure at idle? Maybe the key sheared because the camshaft is locking up from no oil getting up to the head. Oil coming of the sender hole doesn't tell you what kind of pressure there is. You could have oil coming out of the hole, but at only 2 psi. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
