I thought it was a tps but it is not. The fuel pressure is fine. What else could be the problem? What was the fuel pressure reading? Pull the codes to see if there is anything there. Take a vacuum reading. Can you keep it running if you feather the throttle when putting it in drive? This engine should be an "R" code Vortec and spec off the top of my head is 60-66 PSI. They have issues at 58 PSI and may not stay running below about 54 PSI if you can get it going.
