My 97 chevy 1500 350 is having problems still. I just replaced my MAf, MAP, air filter and fuel filter and it still is acting up. the problem is now when I start my truck once it stumbles up to idle rpm's. It then will stall sometimes and then I'll start it a second time and then it'll idle... but sounds like its miss-firing. But then when I put it into gear without pushing the accelerator to keep it running it'll go down to about 600 RPM's and then stall out. It does it every time I put it into gear. I am stuck in a rut and don't know which direction to go into next.

? 97 Vortec 5.7 = 350? Fuel pressure must be right up to par or these barely run. I think 60-66 PSI at rail just KOEO, no quick loss when shut off.

By as close as 58 PSI they can be hard start and just a few less won't run at all,

There is a service port on the back of the engine.
