Replace plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Still gets service engine soon message. Number six miss fire. Runs smooth for awhile then start running rough. Computer shows only number 6 plug missing. Please help.

Were you getting P0306 prior to replacing the secondary parts? Might pull #6 plug (third one back on the pass. side) and inspect for a broken porcelain or improper gap. Also, is it wet with fuel or oil? Might take a compression test while you've got the plug out. If all above is okay, could be an injector issue or a vacuum leak. I think the EGR valve may be installed on that intake runner? I would think if it were a vacuum leak, the O2 would pick it up and set a code, but maybe not.
