96 Lumina Misfire

I have a 1996 lumina sedan 3.1L that is misfiring a lot. It all started about a month ago and hasn't gone away. I have had all 6 plugs replaced last October. I had P0303 code on the computer, and I replaced the plug wire, it didnt get any better. The coil had a small crack in it, so I replaced it. Still not better. I thought for sure that the injector was dirty so I ran some BG 44k through it. Didnt help. I took the upper plenum off and checked the spray on the injector and it was partially blocked, and the wires were burned. I replaced the pigtail and the injector and put it all back together. It ran excellent. Well, for a little while. I went a few miles away and it misfired while taking off from a stop sign and I had engine surging up a hill. I thought for sure I had a vacuum leak, and i did at the brake booster. Fixed the leak, not the misfire. I had missed the EGR tube gasket so I put a new one on but it is still the same. I'm really at a loss for this one. Help?

I would check the resistance with a ohm meter between the injector you replaced the pigtail on and a known good one and see if there is much or difference if there is then replace the injector. Someone where might have the specs for injector resistance here.
