I have this 1995 S-10 that my father gave me. one owner. it has 143000 miles and looks like it came off the show room floor. the problem i am having is it seem to loose power and run rough at times. It is almost like it is choking out. it starts fine but does have some sputtering after i turn it off. I don't know when the last turn up was. I have replaced some of the vacume lines and the tank that is bolted to the hood. any suggestions as to where to begin looking to fix this?

If you don't know when the last tune up was done, then you need to look at changing the plugs and wires. That's where you need to start. If your check engine light is coming on at all, then you need to get the codes read on that to see what codes are stored there.
