95 chrysler injectors

I have a 95 Chrysler Concorde with a 3.5 engine.The car has 182000 miles on her. Well last week I found a dead spark plug, I replaced the plug and car seemed to idle better. Took car out for a test drive and it bucked going up a small hill. So came back and noticed a missin the engine.I figured it must be the fuel injectors. I looked on the internet and was told to check the injectors with an ohm meter set at 2000. I did and came up around 12.5 except with 2 injectors. One read zero and the other was 6.5 they were next to each other. Now is this a good test .Also is there a way to break each unjector down and manually clean them ? I have power to the injectors.I don't want to make sure these injectors are bad. Thnaks
