"95 Millenia Has Loud Camshaft Knock After Overheating

My '95 Millenia 2.5 had a cracked radiator, which led to an overheating episode. Since then, there's a very loud knock coming from the front valve cover / camshaft area.
The car has had a slight knock since I bought it 2 years ago, but this is scary loud.
