95 Chevy van loses power - starts & runs good while cold. Once engine has warmed up about 15 minutes of driving it will idle fine but when you give it throttle it loses power & have to keep on the gas to get anything out of it. Prior to this problem I had to replace the throttle position sensor, fuel injector gaskets, fuel filter. Any suggestions?

The basic things I can think of are possible low fuel pressure (weak fuel pump) or restricted exhaust (partly plugged converter)?
You may also want to have the vehicle scanned; not so much just for codes but to compare sensor readings to known good.
When other then the items you mentioned; has the vehicle been serviced, as in tuned-up?

4.3lt “W” code engine 55-61psi
4.3lt “Z” & 5lt “H” code engine 9-13psi
Engine code is the eight digit of the vehicle’s VIN number.
