My Honda Accord ran perfect up until about 30 minutes ago. I turned it off, came inside for 10 minutes, went out, put the key in the ignition and turned, nothing. The interior lights come on, my headlights come on, but the engine doesn't even try to turn over. I tried to jump it but that did nothing. It seems like an electrical problem or a fuse but I have no idea how to tell what it is.

sounds like a starter problem or bad connection at the starter

Start with the basics.... Clean your battery terminals and see if that helps, if not have the battery tested. Assuming the battery is good without testing it can get expensive, real quick...
