add some information, the more the better.
A 1993 CK is a easy to work vehicle.

I have no trollel response its like it out of timing or the exhaust is plugged or something.it like the tbi is pumping to much fuel flooding the motor out

1) to much fuel engine- remove the air cleaner assy - inspect the wires that pass under the assembly they often rub thru and cause flooding, next with key on engine off observe if injectors are leaking. Check the vacuum line to the MAP sensor.

Also is the temperature gauge working- there are 2 temp sensors one at the thermostat another in the cylinder head between cyl 1&3 be sure they are connected,

Scan for codes- an older simpler computer BUT still may have a clue.


2) exhaust restriction - a really noisy DIYer trick was to temporally remove the o2 sensor and operate if better performance there is a restriction - its NOISY - a better test is to use a vacuum gauge observr if reading drops with a steady RPM.
There is a specific tool -exhaust back pressure gauge, often available as a loaner.
