93 ford ranger 2.3 engine missing Sign In

I have 93 ford ranger with a 2.3 it has about 360 thousand miles on it. The problem I have is it is missing 1 plug is firing on primary coil and 2 plugs firing on the secondery coil. I checked compression it veryied between 118 nd 125. It was running pretty good stopped at the store started it up and it started missing real bad like it jumped time pulled timing cover off was still in time replaced belt anyway. been testing everything. Replaced primary coil did not help had ignition coil tested was good. I was told the ecm needed to be replaced. I've also been told to check the crank senser. Alot of this is over my head don't do alot of electrical on car's mostly maintance and front end work. it has 222 code

They have a lot of problems with the Ignition modules on them.

Sounds like the engine is getting tired with the compression numbers you posted. After 360K miles, I would be tired too.
