93 dakota bogs down when it shifts into 3rd Login - Sign Up

Hello,

I'm a first timer on here and I have a question about a '93 Dodge Dakota with a 3.9 v6. It overheated on me several months ago and started running really rough and became really hard to start. I finally discovered that it had a defective sparkplug. I put new plugs in it and now it starts fine everytime, but sometimes when I first start to accelerate it bogs down for a few seconds then accelerates just fine. Also when I pull out on the highway it bogs down for a few seconds right after it shifts into 3rd gear at about 45 mph before it starts accelerating again. I have replaced the spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, idle air control valve. I have tested the fuel pump and the throttle position sensor and they tested fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Justin
