Okay, my mothers car has an issue, regardless what I see I cant do anything since I dont know wtf I should or should not do.
Now, underneath her manifold there is a pipe that seems to be several inches down below, when I look between the 4 pipe lines of the manifold I see that this pipe has a dime sized rust hole in it, now her cousin tried to use JBWeld, but aparently that stuff dont work well under pressure, evidence shown when her car poped and steam/water went all over the windshield!
I cant do this on my own (would like too though) and dont even know what the hell this pipe is called to begin looking for the part.
Someone suggested that its a pipe that leads to the heatercore, someone else said thats not it, either way its a part of the cooling system, which is obvious because when I poor 2 full 2 liters of water......it all comes out that hole.
Maybe to techs like you, you might be able to know that there is only one pipe a few inches under the manifold that carries in it water!
I can only hope someone does know.
Now! Should you know, and are aware of a "how to" link, please include that with your resonce, as I would be willing to try once I know what I should and should not do.
This is her only car, she dont have much money, I prob have even less! So if someone see's this and is in the Tampa, FL area gimmie a quote on the labor cost, $77 per hour......cant afford, I am taking her where she needs to go, but I can see her getting that depression stage because she dont feel freedom lol I felt this way 2 days after my very first car died on me. Any help would be great guys!

greg; This pipe is, unfortunately, only available through the dealer. And, you are right, it is the connection from the engine to the heater with rubber hoses attached to it at either end. These can be a real pain to replace, but you won't have to take any rocket science classes to do it. Just patience and a good vocabulary.
