93 Mercury Tracer loses power

93 Mercury Tracer loses power

1.9 Mercury Tracer started losing power a few weeks back, especially goiing up hills and during acceleration. No engine light. Changed the fuel filter, air filter, plugs and wires. Corrected the problem briefly. Problem started again and only way I can start out is in low gear. Changed TPS. No improvement. Runs fine until it warms up. Any Suggestions?
