93 Geo storm starts and runs sometimes and other times it will crank but won't turn over. we have changed the spark plugs and distributor cap. Also change the fuel filter and put fuel injector cleaner in the fuel. Vehicle is still doing the same thing it will crank and start and run good for a while until you stop and let it sit for about 30 minutes or more, you go to get in it will crank but won't turn over like it is not get fuel.
need help.......
also is there a special way to adjust the distributor cap?????

Try to catch it in the act and find whether spark or fuel is missing. Test for spark, and try spray starting fluid in throttle body to see if that allows it to run if only for a few seconds it's telling,
