93 Chevy Lumina/quits & restarts

I have a 1993 Chevrolet Lumina. It's a 3.1 V6 with approximately 160,000 miles.
It will start fine at first and it warms up but then it will shut off by itself and then restart.
It has a new crank sensor and the fuel pressure is 45psi but it will not give any codes back so I don't know where to start.
Any suggestions would be great!!

When warm, when it dies, it will restart immediately? And run fine, then? Or does it take a while before it will restart? Does it continue to die after warm up? And when it restarts, how does it run? Smooth, rough?

Yes it restarts immediately. You start the car, it sits there and warms up and then it will quit for a second and immediately start back up. Yes it will die more than once and restart. Once it restarts it will run smooth just like nothing ever happened but it will still continue to die & restart by itself.

There is any number of reasons this could be happening. Intemittent loss of fuel pressure, intermittent loss of spark, ect....On the other hand, it could be as simple as a dirty/sticky IAC motor. The IAC (idle air control) motor is just an electrical solenoid that opens and closes to control airflow into the engine to control idle speed. If you haven't had it done, or ever, you may want to have an injection service done. It cleans the throttle body, IAC, and the rest of the system. It's a maintenance that gets overlooked, but is very important.
Since it's a GM, there's another very common cause; The CTS (coolant temp sensor) tells the computer what the engine temperature is at and commands fuel supply accordingly. If the engine is cold, it delivers more. These sensors can go bad, and they do, and tell the computer that it is -41F, and dumps fuel thinking you are in Fairbanks in January. A cold engine can handle this for a very short time, then it will cause a flooding condition as the engine warms. Something to check.
