93 3800 reagel high idel

my mother has a reagel with a high idel . she only drives it 1 or 2 times a month.i had the code read it was the thl posion switch so i replaced it also replacing the air pressuer switch to no avail it still idels at 2500 rpm . i took the old idle air switch and un screwd it re installed it and it slowed it to about 1200 rpms. it was 70k for milage and is well tuned.
