92 Grand Prix 3.1 will not start. It cranks but just will not start. When the problem first started....My son drove it to work, filled up with gas on his way. After work he came out started it,turned the lights on.He began to back out and it died.It has not started since. There was a fuse that was blown. It has been 3 months but we believe it was the elec fuse.We have changed the map sensor, computer, crank sensor, fuel filter, and throttle body sensor. The icm checked good. There is good fuel pressure. There is spark but no fuel getting to the plugs.I'am thinking the injectors are not pulsing. They put a test light on a injector wire and the light just came on but no flashing. One problem I do know is the coolant sensor was broken off by the previous owner. So there is a toggle switch wired for the fans. The car ran for a long time this way.Could that possibly be a reason the car will not start.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My first question is what is the fuel pressure? I would like the answer in psi. The only way to check fuel pressure is with a guage. As mechanics, we never assume. You will also need to install a spark tester in one of the plug wires and install a noid light in one of the injector connectors. Crank the engine, we need to see what is and what isn't happening. Post back with what you find so we can go further.
