91 tempo wont start right

my granddaughters 91 tempo developed a problem with starting. car has 2.3 4cyl multiport with over 200k and the compression checks lower than normal.but when it runs it runs good.the problem started with the car stalling at lights and not restarting right away.it progressed to not restarting at all.i changed plugs,complete distributor,coil,temp sensor,map sensor from similar running vehicle,and this had no effect.the check engine light is not on.when car does not restart,if i pull plugs they are wet with fuel.when car is cold it starts fine but tends to stall when dropped into gear.when car is warm it will restart with pedal held to floor.when hot it will not restart.i dont know what to check or try next!thanks!

Look at the idle speed control.
