'91 Toyota Corolla cam & crankshaft alignment

Hey guys. I've just got the engine out of my '91 Toyota Corolla (well its a geo prizm, but they got the same engine...[4a-FE]. So now i'm just trying to put it all together and was wondering if anyone knew how to align the cams and crankshaft. Thanks in advance!
