91 Isuzu Trooper 4 cyl runs crappy after it heats up

When I first start it it runs great after the engine is heated up it starts runnig rough and at times stalls. I've replaced spark plugs, cap and rotor and fuel filter. Anyone have any ideas????? It runs great before it heats up completely!! Can anyoner give me an idea please????
