the car runs fine some days but most days it runs really rough when sitting still with a low idle and as soon as the car reaches about 5 miles an hour the idle smoothes out but idles up to about 2000 rpms. It also runs rougher when the speedometer drops. I have replaced the tps, the coils, wires, and plugs, the intake oxygen sensor, the vss, the egr valve, and had the exhaust line redone.

Is it really running rough or just idling too low?

Is the check engine light coming on at all?
