ive been having this problem for a few days now. ive replaced the o2 sensor, spark plugs and wires, fuel pump and filter, idle air control valve, clutch, master and slave cylinder, and the starter. to start the problem the car has a bit of trouble starting.. i have to pump the pedal sometimes. then when you drive it seems to studder at certain rpms. mainly between 2500 and 3500 unless im really slamming on the gas. and the other problem is when it gets to running temp it wants to stall out when at an idle. any suggestion or common problems solved would greatly appreciated.

Lots of possibilities at that age now. All tune up items need to be known on spec. Vacuum leaks ruled out and if it only does this warmed up there's a CTS (coolant tempsensor) that might be telling the controls the car is still cold,

A faulty fuel pressure regulator can cause this.Dirty MAF....clean element with brake-kleen.pcv problem.coil leakage.exhaust restriction.some of the gm 2.8 generation II had egr filters that when dirty could cause hesitation...remove filter and clean...it is located on egr solenoid....would not cause hard start unless egr is not all the way closed.
