If so, what was the fuel pressure reading of that test? This had a 94 motor put in it, was the OBD wiring from that left intact and able to read codes? If so you need to get it scanned and post the code numbers here. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? I wouldn't hesitate to replace every single inch of vacuum hose on that right now. They are all old and can't be trusted. On top of it, they are dirt cheap at your local parts store. They sell it by the foot. Pay close attention when checking for vac leaks to the intake manifold gasket area and the throttle body gasket area.
