gas shooting from spark plug hole ???? can some one please help??

I assume your truck is carburetted, right? From your post, the carb is flooding the engine. Most likely culprits are the float or the needle and seat. If you're a good hand with intricate, complicated mechanisms you can have a go at replacing those parts. If not, find an old mechanic that can rebuild your carb or buy a rebuilt one at a parts store. (If you can even find one for a truck that old.)

yes its a carb. and i really do thank you for ur info. thought may be it was worse.yep got a woman here that can fix bout any thing once its trouble shooted. she sreally good thanks again

A couple of afterthoughts. After the flooding problem is resolved, replace the spark plugs and change the engine oil and filter. You'll probably notice a strong fuel smell in the oil. While the plugs are out, give each cylinder three or four shots of oil from a squirt can. Crank the engine 5-10 seconds and install the new plugs. Hopefully this will fix your problem.
