Have you tested the oil pressure to see if it's too high?

What is the pressure at 2,000 RPM?

Yes, check that pressure. Not real sure how it can be too high but blowing oil filters isn't going to cut it. I forget but is oil pressure switch located right there also? Just a wild thought that it might be confused with an oil pressure switch leaking and gets relieved with a new filter??

I think the switch is really not that close but can't recall. Whatever it has to be fixed of course,
